Tomorrow morning at 8:30amCT/ 9:30amET the bell at First Christian Church will ring 28 times in remembrance of those who died in the tragedy in Newtown, CT last Friday at 9:30am ET. As we ring the bell, we offer prayers for the families of those who lost loved ones and to the community in grief. We join churches across Connecticut and the nation as we stand united in our compassion and care of one another.
If you would like to take a turn ringing the bell, or would just like to be present, please meet in the bell tower room at 8:20am. We’ll have prayer, ring the bell, then go in silence and reflection.
