Frequently Asked Questions
- Is there a dress code?
We care more about you than what you wear. Wear jeans or a suit, a dress or slacks, or whatever makes you comfortable.
- Where can I park?
Our parking lot is on the west side of the building off 6th Street. On Sundays you may park in the lot across Clark Avenue east of the building. Bicycles can be locked on the rack off 6th Street on the south west corner of the building.
- Is the building accessible?
An elevator is just inside the west door.
- Is there a nursery?
Yes. Young children receive loving care. Parents are given a silent pager for contact should they be needed.
- Can we have our wedding at the church?
We invite couples looking for a place to have their wedding to contact the church office (515-232-5766).
- I'm a vegetarian. Will I be able to join the meals served?
Yes. There is always a vegetarian option at every church-related meal.
