Children
We believe it is the congregation's responsibility to create a climate where all children experience God's loving grace in ways that they can become strong and healthy.
Young children receive loving care in the nursery through both the Learning Time and Worship. The nursery is in a brightly colored room upstairs, accessible by elevator. Parents are given a silent pager for contact should they be needed.
Godly Play is a learning method for a broad age range of children in which they experience the biblical story and respond in creative ways using their own imaginations and talents.
During the early part of the worship service there is a time for "Talking with Children" in which one of the pastors relates the message of the day in ways the children can understand and enjoy.
